how can I move my base it"s stuck I cant advance my base

2 options:

• make space: kill some forgotten base in 40 fields range of your "ghost"... or have someone from your alliance do it for you ( say "please"... it helps :wink: )
  
• relocate

If you can't leave an alliance it will be because you are either a commander in chief or second in command.

To leave an alliance you need to either reduce your rank (but an alliance needs to be left with a CIC) or disband the alliance (done in Roster>Overview>properties)
