Morale System
Hi Tiberium 48 starting in a few days with no Forgotten Attacks but Morale System, i dont understand what Morale System means, any suggestions. Thanks Daffy

Morale System means that when attacking enemy Forgotten that are above your level, your troops will suffer a morale penalty in combat - reducing their power. The penalty starts out small, after at 4 levels difference to yours and then increases further.
