Blurry Screen / Overlapping frames ??? Xbox One

I've been playing this game with no issues since the day it was released. Just recently I was playing and halfway through a match, the screen went all blurry AND it seemed like the frames were overlapping. I had terrible image overlap and the only way I could complete the match was to pause every 5 seconds to "refresh" the screen (but still had to play with the darkness of the pause menu to finish off the match)  I also noticed the blurry and overlapping effect post-match when I was looking through my burn card menu.. And it looks like the generic loading screen (the one in space that features a few ships) has a line going across it now too.

Is anyone else having a similar issue? And how the hell do I fix it? Or is this an issue that will be patched? This is really frustrating.
