Can't get to menu (PC)

When I try to play the game. I get the EA logo. The respawn logo and the the white text on a black screen. Then it stays at a blackscreen forever. I have tried repairing the game, Re-instaling the game, running in compatabiltiy mode.

I have tried googling the answer but have not found anything that works.

Windows 8.1 64 bit

AMD A4 quad core 1.5GHz proccesor

NVIDA GeForce GT620 1024MB

6GB DDR3 RAM

    Your PC is inadequate to meet the requirements. 

    Minimum requirements for Titanfall on PC:

        OS: 64-bit Windows 7, 8, 8.1
        Processor: AMD Athlon X2 2.8GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz
        Memory: 4GB RAM
        Video card: 512MB VRAM,
          Radeon HD 4770 or GeForce 8800GT
       (Ignore the tripe about Dx11)  
        50 GBs storage on the Hdd
        Internet speed: 512 KB/s down, 384 KB/s up

    Equivalent (desktop) Radeons: HD 5750, HD 6750, HD 7750, R7 250

    Equivalent (desktop) Geforces GTS 450, GT 640, GT 740  

    Your CPU is too slow, as is your GPU, sorry

    But I have 2 more cores than the min, requirements.  (Atleast I can play games that require 4GHz dual core) Should the proccesor be ok if I have had a faster GPU? (Intalled a new grapics card)

    If that processor has a 2.8 GHz Turbo Speed mode it can use, that would allow it to run the game, I believe, but a Geforce GT 620 is just not very good at all for a game with a GT 640+ equivalent for the minimum. and a GTX 660 equivalent recommended.
