Can't Redeem Product Code

Hi guys, I've just bought "titan fall" but I cant redeem the code, it always say: " An error has occurred while trying to process my request. pleas, try again later", I've been trying for more than 2 hours now, anyone know how to fix this?

    Hey @hancook1995

    It looks as though Titanfall is already on your account so should be available for download through Origin.

    Can you let me know if you see Titanfall when you're logged in?
