Have you tried to power cycle (turn it off and turn it on again) you console? You must unplug it from power source and wait for a couple of minutes to clear it`s cache. You can also try some of the troubleshooting steps from this article here https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/console/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-playstation/
