Did Not Receive Promotional BF1 Skin

Question

Sorry if the title's gibberish, but I read from several news articles that Titanfall 2 players receive a Red Baron skin if they have Battlefield 1. However, no such skin exists in my inventory, and I've checked all the Titan skins. I tried contacting chat support, but the person who helped me got mixed up and thought I was asking for the Red Baron skin IN Battlefield 1.
For the record, I received Battlefield 1 Deluxe Edition as part of a promotional tournament.

Both of your games are on the same platform? Have you performed the steps, described in this article on how to get your Titanfall 2 bonus items? In case, you are still missing your item, I would suggest you to get in touch with EA Advisor one more time&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/, and explain them, you are missing item in Titanfall 2.&nbsp;
