ERROR 401 BYTEVAULT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED
When I try to connect to a game I always get error 401 BYTEVAULT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED. I have already tried repairing the game twice but I continue to get this error. I've double-checked all ports...

When is this issue going to be fixed? I contacted a game advisor and was simply told that she couldn't help me and the development team would be looking into it. I am out $60 with no game to play. This is unacceptable EA. Please give an ETA for a fix.
