Same thing here. Someone attempted to purchase FIFA 3 different times. After the first attempt my card company noticed and called me so I cancelled my card. I just contacted support and they said they re-activated my account. I can't log in yet but they said that i could take a while to update on all of their serves. We'll see if I can get in later today...
Just tried again and got the same error. I guess it back to the EA support chat...

If your having this issue contact EA support and speak with someone over the phone. I spoke and by the next day the issue was fixed. They were very nice and helpful. Also contacted them via live chat before but that didn't fix the issue. All around good experience with their support.

Spoke again with chat support yesterday. They said they "removed and then re-added the game" and that I should re-install it. I tried it again this morning and had the same issue. I repaired the game since I didn't want to install with all three disks again and then it started working.

same error to. thou i was reassured my account had not or has not been banned in anyway. currently looking into it.
