Freezes causing a long loading time to the match

Hi, When i join a map the loading screen works fine for a few seconds and then its freezes for some time and then either i join the map and can play about 2 minutes after the match has started, or...

My specs:
intel i7 4790k
asus H97M-plus motherboard
geforce 760 gtx with 2 gb
6gb ram
100mb internet connection
windows 7 ultimate 64bit

    I also wrote it in another post.. i have the same exact problem i don't know what to do.. i played for something like a month and now i cant play anymore
