Language

There are just 2 language options at the language preferences tab. Polish and Russian. I want to download the game (Titanfall 2) in English. Why I don't have an option???????

I've recently installed the game again and was unable to change the language from Russian/Polish to English. All my progression is locked in this account. 

Why doesn't EA allow me to change the language settings? 
Is there a substitute? 

*edit: I used to be able to change the language
