Map Rise infinite loading (xbox one)

Hi, I'm writing on behalf of one of my friends that just got himself an Xbox one (Titanfall bundle). When the map Rise come up in Attrition, there's an infinite load. The wheel on the lower right is turning but the map never loads. Even when the game is ready to play (we drop from the ship etc), he isn't there and there's a blank spot in the leaderbords (missing someone). But the party chat is running fine and we can still talk, I'm completing the match on my side etc

The problem occured 3 times by now. We have only noticed it in Attrition but it's because we haven't tried it in Hardpoint or any other mode (didn't came up in the map rotation)

Personally I have no problem whatsoever with this map.

He has no error message, he has to unplug/replug his xbox one or quit the game completely with the "start button" from Home directly

Any ideas?

    Could you please try following steps:

    1.- Reset your Xbox One console via pressing your finger on the Xbox icon on your console for at least 10 seconds

    2.- Delete your Titanfall game in your "Games and Apps" section on your Xbox dashboard in order to re-install and update the game from the scratch

    3.- Try to delete your Gamertag profile, reboot your console and download your profile again

    Hi! So here's a lilttle update:

    1. - Didn't work

    2. - Didn't work (sadly I also thought it was going to be THE solution)

    3. - We still need to try this

    Is there any way to see if some date are corrupted? Or a file that we could send you with what is going on at this moment? I guess not since we have less access to these kind of information than on PC but anyway, just asking

    BTW I saw the patch note ton the Respawn forum that is coming soon, and nothing for this kind of crash

    3.- Try to delete your Gamertag profile, reboot your console and download your profile again <==OK so we tried that and it didn't worked also.

    To this day the problem is still occuring.

    Any other solution?

    Ok so now we have made the big thing: changed his Xbox, he has been able to get a refund at Wal-Mart under the warranty and they will get him another one.

    I hope it's going to work this time or else I really don't what could....
