mouse stutters in Titanfall

Whenever i move my mouse, it feels like my game skips a few frames, but if i dont touch my mouse and run, strafe, jump off a building, it's perfectly smooth. the stuttering happens almost every 10 seconds and it makes it hard to aim because it feels like the mouse is vibrating furiously. never had this issue with other games either.

 i have tried:

-disabling Origin In-game

-raw mouse input command

-lowering video settings

turning off vsync gives my terrible screen tear so that isnt an option (doesnt fix it either)

i have a e-blue mazer mouse (only 30 dollars but works fine in every other game)

gtx 770m 3gb gddr5

latest beta nvidia driver
