Multiplayer bug

Hi there, I’m a big fan of this game and I’ve recently gotten back into gaming. I downloaded the game from EA pass and every time both me and my gaming buddy try to find a game online we either have an infinite searching for game screen or just an error that says connection to server timed out. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled as well as cleared all the save data from my Xbox series s, and I still haven’t managed to find a game. Any help would be very appreciated🙂 thanks
