you right-click the game Icon, - inside Origin. instead of left clicking and selecting 'play' in the splash-box, - you can right click there. Not at any exe files.
Ahhhh okay thanks. Was in the origin folder of my program files as thats where I deleted the 3 folders from so I assumed it was the exe.
