What good is a REPLY chain when there are NO FIXES posted or associated?!?!? I have the same problem. Game was saving progress correctly until i got to "Gen4" then it stopped saving/progressing my levels. HELP!
This issue has been escalated to STUDIO level now.. fingers crossed!
last Tech Support had me switch off cloud save and the goto OPTIONs, changed Sprint from Never to Always. Did not matter, progress still not saving.
