ORIGIN ACCOUNT CREATED INCORRECTLY - PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!

Its quite simpel my origin account was created incorrectly stating that my 22 year old son is now 12 years old not allowing him to play a game that he activated.
Peter called me and we got disconnected!
Please fix his account: [edit: email address removed] with user id TjRockisBack
His birth year is 1994 not 2004.
Please assist
@debruinwerner Hi, this isn't something we can directly assist with on AHQ, but it sounds like you were on the right track with support. It sounds like setting up another callback is the way forward, they should be able to get back to the process of clearing this up.
