[PC] Game crashes when pressing Shift + F1

Question

The game freezes/crashes when I press Shift + F1 or whenever I try to view a player's profile on a network in Multiplayer.

I tried repairing the game but the problem still exists.

Is this an Origin issue?

Most likely the Origin overlay is causing an issue when triggered with Shift+F1

Hi Barry,

I can't view any player profiles to due to this issue nor pull up Origin itself. Any advice on how to overcome this?

I already tried to uninstall and reinstall Origin but the problem still persists.

Also, I tried to repair the game but to no avail.

Can you try running the game with no other software that has an overlay such as Teamspeak or Afterburner etc.
