[PC] Mic stops working when playing Titanfall

So I have a very strange issue with Titanfall.

I usually play Titanfall with Skype on, and I noticed this problem yesterday.

Everything works as intended in the lobby, for both campaign and classic, but either when a round starts, or half way through a round, the mic stops working. Not only in-game, but also on Skype. 

This is frustrating because obviously I cannot voice communicate with my friends while playing. 

And no, its not a faulty mic or something, becuase the mic has been working fine for any other games including BF4(and Skype) for the last 6 hours, without any issue whatsoever.

So it seems something in Titanfall is causing the mic to be disabled.

Anyone got a solution for this?

    I have the same Problem, but i use Teamspeak 3. every 2-3 rounds i have to deactivate and reactivate the Mic on System-Settings.

    Yeah but that's hardly a solution though. I have to pretty much do the same thing for the mic to start working again. 

    Happened again today - mic working fine for the first round in campaign but after that it got deactivated by Titanfall.

    I hope some EA officials do see this and get this solved... cos it is, although not game-breaking, but annoying issue when you are trying to communicate with your team members/friends.
