PS4 Titanfall 2 ports for forwarding

Those ports are for Titanfall on the Xbox and PC. There is nothing for Titanfall 2 or PS4

I tried forwarding ports and even went full DMZ. Still getting the same error, but less often. Also, still having random high ping, and see other players moving like they are as well.

Are you using WifI connection? Connecting your console and a router with a direct cable can also improve connectivity.
