[PS4]game won't install from disc past 48%

I bought the disc a week ago and tried to install it yesterday, but it gets to 48% then starts making all these strange noise. sounds like the reader gets stuck in a loop. i tried deleting it and reinstalling twice, did the same exact thing. So i went and turned the disc in for a new one and it does the exact same thing. Then i tried deleting and reinstalling a couple other games I have to see if it is an issue with my ps4. They worked fine. I have plenty of space on the hard drive for the download (i deleted a couple games just to be safe). Ive tried to have a support chat with EA but they must be swamped, can't get through. anyone else have these issues?

    Tried EA live support but it won't work from either of the browsers I use. There is no email listed and obviously no number to call. Wish there was anything online that came close to matching my problem but there is not.

    Hello @Aceeven 

    This is an odd issue, since PlayStation 4 disk and highly durable. Can you check the disk in one of your retailer consoles? If you still need to get in touch with EA Advisor, you can use this direct phone number +44203 014 1818.

    Thanks for responding. I thought of doing that when I returned the second disc and asked the clerk at GameStop if they had tried the first one I turned in and he just stared at me blankly as if I had asked what he thought of transcendentalism. He either didn't care or honestly didn't know what happened to the first one so I left it at that. I ended up buying another game, but if I do try it again I will test it on another system. All of you other titles I have work just fine, as well as the other games, so I'm at a loss. Thanks for your help. If you do hear of other circumstances please post.
