If you need a hand updating the email address on your EA account, then I recommend that you reach out to our live support team via the following link:

Note that before they can help they'll need to ask you some account related questions, so try to keep that information on hand. 🙂

    When I signed up for EA, I tied the wrong email address, which caused my account to fail to log in. I want to change my first visit email address or help me cut off the connection with Steam
    I can't even log in to my ea account

    You don't need to log in to your EA account in order to reach out to live support. They can help update the email address on the account so you can log in again.
