Hmm, I'm running short of ideas. Hopefully we can figure this out though.
Can I check what region you're in? The prices are listed in Dollars, suggesting you're in the US, but if you're elsewhere perhaps the game is trying to reference an invalid version of the store.

Actually, clearing out the Origin local cache worked! I just did it wrong the first time around. Thank you so much for your time!

Ah, wonderful! As mentioned I was starting to get quite unsure of what the issue was.
Thanks for the update, if you encounter any further issues in future, please let us know. im having the same problem, I know its been like 3 years but clearing the origin cache didn't work ☹️
