Both of your games are on the same platform? Have you performed the steps, described in this article on how to get your Titanfall 2 bonus items? In case, you are still missing your item, I would suggest you to get in touch with EA Advisor one more time https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/, and explain them, you are missing item in Titanfall 2.
