Hey loki, I am having the exact same issue. Have spent 2 days talking to xbox and EA support and can't seem to resolve it. Were you able to get it fixed?
No sorry been in contact with EA they say it's my network but it's not and Microsoft says I must download off Internet Explorer on xbox search out the maps and download but it's still not working
Your'e in luck man I got it solved. Create a new profile on your xbox and choose your location as U.S then go to xbox store and download the season pass and expansions through there. Once they are installed you will be able to play them on your normal SA account 🙂
