Can we try the following first?

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
Connection and Advance Connection Guides
Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

If this continues we may have an issue with your EA account, in which case we would want to reach out to our support:

There is no "my collection", but if you mean my games > library then I already said: titanfall 2 isn't shown there.
