Do you have any Overclocked parts? Namely video card.

Do you have latest drivers?

Windows 10 and fully updated. 8 gb of ram, and DDR3. The CPU is Intel Pentium Processor G3285, speed is 3.20 GHz, no overclocked parts, I have the latest drivers, never updated my video card BIOS.

I suggest updating your video card BIOS. It is not very hard to do.

Go to the website of the vendor of your video card, not nvidias web site.

So if your video card is EVGA go to www.evga.com and search up the model of your video card. find the bios for the windows version you have. It will be either a single file self contained exe that runs it automatically for you, or it will be a BIOS file you use with NVFLASH. Most newer cards use the exe type that does it automatically.

If it is an NVFLASH one, it should have a explanation with it explaining how to use it.

If you have problems please list the exact model and vendor of your video card and I will walk you through it.

after changing bios you might have to reinstall the nvidia drivers.

    Some other suggestions

Try right clicking on the desktop and going to nvidia control panel. Look at the manage 3d settings. Check both GLOBAL settings and the settings for TITANFALL2. Look at things that are not set to automatic, or anything set to something it shouldnt be. Make sure multi cpu usage optimization option is on ect ect

Try changing desktop resolution to something lower. try different resolutions and see if anything will at least load up.

You might have a virus or some other issue on your machine.

If you where on WIndows 7 I would suggest using COMBOFIX, but it does not work for windows 10.

Try running a virus scanner, and also a registry cleaner.

When it is running, have you tried ALT TABBING and see if you can bring it up? Before when I used to play GTA it would run it, but not on screen, and I would have to press alt tab to get it to show up on the screen.

When you cntrl alt del how much cpu is it using? does it change at all?

    Here try this

    Go to Titanfall2 dir.

    Go to _installer dir.

    Go to the vc dir.

Run the exe and install the file in both folders (in the redist folders)

I tried a virus scan and registry, it came up clean. The CPU usage goes from 54 to 50. When I try to run the exe, nothing happens, not even in the task manager, which is strange.

did you try running the exe's in the _installer dir at the titanfall 2 dir?

there is VC 2012 (an application for windows needed by some games and programs) and an update to it.

C:\Program FIles(x86)\Origin Games\Titanfall2 is usually the dir for titanfall 2

I tried it, restarted my PC after the update etc, and something changed. When I hit play, nothing even happens, nothing in the task manager, and the button isn't grayed out. Something else is that I thought I might uninstall Origin and reinstall, but it isn't even in my Uninstall list in the Control Panel.

    that would be a problem.

Maybe when you tried a registry clean it did that.

Try downloading origin and click the exe. install it to where it is already installed, or it might let you repair installion.

When re installing the game it will ask you to redownload Titanfall2. If you already have the files, you STILL need as much EMPTY space as the size of the game, or else the download will not see your game files and error out and say not enough space. If this happens, move TITANFALL2 to another Hard drive, START the download, then when it gets to 1%, turn off origin, put the titanfall 2 files BACK to their original directory.
