In that case you can reach out to an EA Advisor - they can verify your purchase and upgrade if necessary.

So rang that "Australia Direct Number".. turns out our "direct" contact is based in China and the woman I spoke to had no clue what I was saying. Back to the spamming chat requests with a game advisor...
