Really EA.... A game that requires Internet never connects?

I am sick and tired, I guess it is a little my fault in the first place for purchasing a game by EA once again. Huge mistake I may add! However in regards to Titan fall, why would you make a game that only works with internet not ever really be able to connect to the internet. I have proceeded with all of your trouble shooting requirements, but you still don't have it yet! You guys claimed to have gotten you stuff together and told us that you improved the gameplay however I have seen nothing but issues.
If you keep it up it looks like it's gonna be number 3 (I know you know the reference)
So I was just wondering when I will be receiving my money back for the game. Luckily I never purchased any DLC so I don't need that money back, however I am not going to sit here, down some money over something that does not work because the game company is absolutely horrid! I may provide ways of giving me my money back in a private email. And yes, I am serious because I have just had it immensely up here with your *stuff* EA and I know I will make it my mission to never purchase another game devolved by you again- I like buying things that work!!!!!
