Refund for titanfall.

Question

I am requesting a refund for titanfall. Respawn has decided that it okay to remove 2 game modes from titanfall. This is not okay. Capture the flag was my favourite mode, and let me tell you there were people still playing it, I was one of them. I put up with slightly longer wait times because I enjoyed that particular mode, as did everyone else who was playing it with me. When a game mode is underplayed you don't remove it, you merge datacentres. Why are there 2 datacentres in Europe when respawn are complaining of not enough players? I won't even begin on what effect DLC has on splitting the playerbase.

Give me back capture the flag or give me back my money. I paid for a product, and part of that product has since been taken away from me.

If you have passed 7 days limit and you passed "within first 24 hours of the games first launch" limit, you can not request a refund.Read the Origin Great Game Guarantee Policy to see if you are eligible for a refund: https://www.origin.com/en-ca/great-game-guarantee-terms If you passed the time it can be refunded you can try to contact support to request a refund but chances are you can't after the specified times.You can read more here on Returns &amp; Cancellations: http://help.ea.com/en/article/returns-and-cancellations/
