I noticed all fault modules have the same name, except for one, there are still more but the rest are "ntdll.dll"

I hope this helps.
Thank you.
Thanks, this issue appears to be different from the one I expected.
ntdll.dll usually indicates a card/driver issue, but you already mention reinstalling. Just to check, did you remove them completely (putting your machine in hideous VGA mode) before running the setup? If not, please try this. If so, I take it that you installed using the latest pack?
tier0.dll appears to be source-related, so it would be the game engine.

Okay, after a lot of tries, I found out that I was actually missing dll files! So now I repaired my system and everything seems to be just fine, the "ntdll.dll" and "tier0.dll" crashes have finally stopped ... but the only thing that is stopping me from getting into the game now is:

like I said above, I have already re-installed the game, and repaired it twice.
Thank you.- EA_David12 years ago

Oh dear, it sounds like you might have some disc issues if you're seeing consistent file corruption.
It might be worth running a chkdsk /r to check for issues with your HDD. To do so, open the command prompt (press the Windows Key and R and enter:cmd
Then type the following: chkdsk /r
This will scan for hard drive damage and repair damaged sectors. Please note that it can take a while to run.- Anonymous12 years ago
I tried it, but i'm still getting the same error regarding the missing mdl., is it possible that the game is actually missing some files?
Thanks.
