9 years agoThis message normally only appears for a few seconds while your profile is still connecting. Does this go away after a while? If it lasts a while/persists you still have the issue today? Have you been able to play the game on this system before?

- Anonymous9 years agoHi David. I am unable to play multiplayer. Unfortunately, the message does not go away. I purchased the game on release and had no problems with multiplayer and had leveled up quite a bit. I started seeing this message right around the time Angel City content released. I'm am still getting the same message today.

@pcut83 Hi, what system are you on? Do you have any other EA games, if so do they connect without issue?
Can you power cycle your router if you haven't already?

Bad connection to servers, weak in-game performance, and this message mentioned in topic. Currently playing on ps4, have to wait a while for this message disappearing. Please fix it

Same problem has persisted for at least 3 days now! The game ran just fine until this week. I got it on launch day and have been playing since...until now. Really really annoying! Clearly someone in EA decided to do something stupid.
