This profile is not permitted to play online.

Not allowed to play multiplayer. Give notice stating "This profile is not permitted to play online." I am an adult and my year of birth is correct on my account.

Hi David. I am unable to play multiplayer. Unfortunately, the message does not go away. I purchased the game on release and had no problems with multiplayer and had leveled up quite a bit. I started seeing this message right around the time Angel City content released. I'm am still getting the same message today.

@pcut83 Hi, what system are you on? Do you have any other EA games, if so do they connect without issue?

Can you power cycle your router if you haven't already?

    Hi, i am playing on ps4, after Angel City patch update the game overall became unplayable. Bad connection to servers, weak in-game performance, and this message mentioned in topic. Currently playing on ps4, have to wait a while for this message disappearing. Please fix it

      Also play Battlefield 1 on ps4, and without any problem, it runs much more smoother that tf 2
