    The AMD 19.10.2 driver from the Adrenaline 2019 Edition update fixed the issue.

    EDIT: I had to use the AMD cleanup utility to get it to work.

It May 2020 and using the latest AMD Adrenaline software and the glitch still occurs. Anyone has  a fix. Thanks

lol even on xbox series x wish I never sold my xbox one x it even plays slower with all kinds of glitches
