Just had the same issue in a MP match. Haven't encountered it before.
Not sure what triggered it for me, I was having a titan face-off, although I've had many more before.
GTX 770 4GB
8GB DDR3 ram
Intel i7-2600@3.40GHz
Can provide more specific specs if it should be required
either of you using INSANE texture option?
Its prone to erroring out with less than 8gigs of VRAM
