i know this is related to direct x drivers but i have the latest one installed. direct x 12

Titanfall 2 campaign freeze and crashes

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Once I defeat the enemy Titan on the first stage, it instructs me to go towards a marker. The second stage does not load up and eventually shuts the Xbox one off completely!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Defeat the enemy Titan
What happens when the bug occurs? Freezes at loading screen then eventually shuts off Xbox one
What do you expect to see? I expect to play the game!

This is really odd. Have you tried to reinstall the game? Can you play multiplayer part of the game? Can you also try to perform the following troubleshooting steps from our article here on Xbox One issues? https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/console/ Maybe your console just overheats too fast? Do you have any issues playing other graphic heavy games?
