Titanfall 2 download error

Please help! I have gone through multiple microsoft support conversations and an EA support conversation and nobody can solve my issue. I'm trying to re download titanfall 2 onto my Xbox one. 2-3 months ago xbox did an update and titanfall 2 said that i needed to wait until it said it was ready however no matter how long i waited nothing changed. So i proceeded to delete all of the files from my xbox, i rebooted the xbox and went to the store to re download the game hoping this would fix my problem. However it just proceeded to make it worse. Titanfall 2 won't even begin to download now. I click install and it runs through a short process and and says downloading but never actually begins the download. Before the download begins it says installation stopped and displays error code 0x80070570. I've gone through the microsoft page to solve this error code to no avail. If anyone can help me I'm getting desperate here. I absolutely love titanfall 2 and in my opinion it is the best shooter on the market right now, i would hate to not be able to play it ever again.
