@bomberr3 Hi, what troubleshooting steps were taken? If the game isn't downloading this sounds like a store/server issue, but there are a few things to check.

Are you able to download any other content? Does your system have sufficient HDD space? At any point did you restart the install process?

Thanks for your reply, david. I have taken many troubleshoot steps including retarting the install multiple times, to reseting my whole xbox to remove all of my acounts. I have also posted another support post on the xbox community forums, and contacted Microsoft directly, where-in i power cycled the xbox and restarted my router. I have also tryed opening my NAT type

@bomberr3 Hmm, are you able to download any other content? If you don't have any undownloaded games available perhaps you can grab a demo or f2p game to test?

Thank you for responding again david, as i have had this problem in the past with games like Overwatch and Battlefield 4, both of which were bought from xbox digital store, they did download after about 2 days but it has been around 7 days for titanfall. So no right now titanfall 2 is the only un-downloaded content

Thank you. Unfortunately it looks like you've tried most of the steps you would normally. It's a bit of a long shot, but wifi connections can be unreliable, have you tried connecting with a cable to the router and see if that changes behaviour.

I suspect the issue is related to the console itself though, would you have a friend nearby with a console, who could try downloading the game on your machine? Or even could you try moving your system to a new connection and try again there? This should help to determine where the issue lies.

Thank You again for responding. I have tried plugging in an Ethernet cable, but the download still stops, i have also tried wireless networks and the problem is still there. As for your other suggestion, yes i do have a friend nearby with a console, but i do not know what you mean when you say they could try downloading the game to the console. Would you mind explaining more? thank you.

Sorry for being unclear. In this situation you would either have him come over with his system, then you log in as a guest and download the game. Alternatively you could bring your system over to his and try the download from there.

You can use these steps to determine if the issue is an odd network one, or if its related to your hardware itself.
