Thank you for the update. If the issue has been narrowed down to your connection/router, then contacting your ISP is the best way forward. Talking to support would likely lead to you being redirected to your ISP.
Hopefully they can identify where the issue lies and get this cleared up.
I tried playing the game via my mobile hotspot, the issue still persists.
Glitch in the frontier DLC has officially broken the game for me a few weeks in.
Huge fan of the game, and now I can't do anything. No support follow up either.

I suspect the cause of the issue lies elsewhere, and either coincided with the launch of Glitch or it was somehow triggered by it. Does it still consistently fail or is it intermittent? Do you see the same behaviour when connected via a mobile hotspot now?
You mention some other things that seem to temporarily help with this issue, so for the next thing I'd like to try restarting with a Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

In some cases where we're seeing odd behaviour we can try using a different Windows account. You can try creating a different account using the steps here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/13951/windows-create-user-account
Just so I'm clear you're still seeing the same behavior on the mobile hotspot too?
Thanks.

Hello David,
Thanks for following up. Just tried this, created user account with admin privileges, but the issue still persists. Connection timed out just trying to connect to server.
I have also forwarded all ports as per https://portforward.com/asus/rt-ac68u/ guide for TF2. I've also confirmed that the ports are open as per the network tool.
Issue is there with mobile hot spot also. Still stuck at map loading screen.
Appreciate your help

@dudusauce Can I ask what anti-virus/firewall you're using? Your security software shouldn't be blocking the game in such a manner, but it's worth checking.
You can try disabling both of these then see if it has any effect. - 9 years ago
I've already tried with my ESET Smart Security 8 AV and Firewall disabled . The result is the same.
Also tried connecting directly to the wall socket without my router.
I need to know what IP address Titanfall 2 connects to as I'm trying to resolve this issue with my ISP in Dubai.
Is it the list in the Microsoft Azure server list? https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=41653

I think their servers are down.

I'm on PS4, and the exact same issue arose when Glitch in the Frontier was released. A later patch resolved it for a few months, but now the December 2017 patch has caused it to return.
Nothing has changed on my local network during this time, and all my other games work fine. This seems to be something very specific to Titanfall 2's netcode or servers.
I'm in the UK, my ping is around 25ms and my ISP (XLN Telecom) does not throttle data, ever. It can't be coincidence that these problems always manifest/resolve on the same days that patches are deployed!
