Titanfall 2 stuck at a low refresh rate

So this is an issue I've only started having recently, everything worked fine when I first got the game a few months ago.

Anyway, this issue seems to only occur whenever I try to run the game at my native resolution (1920x1080) in full-screen. The whole screen looks washed out, and the framerate tanks heavily, basically makes the game unplayable. I'm just wondering, what may be causing this? I haven't messed with any settings since I played last time. This also doesn't occur with any other games.

I read somewhere that Titanfall 2 ties your refresh rate to that of your monitor settings, but Nvidia control panel says that I am already running at 60Hz. (Monitor native)

Anything I can do to fix this?
