Titanfall Update Issue [Error Code] [Xbox 360]

I am an Xbox Ambassador (Not Microsoft Employee) and recently we have been getting an excess ammount of issues with a Titanfall update and we are un aware of a fix right now they get on the game and the Error Code: 416b-0000-d080-0200-807b-0194 has poped up for everyone with the issue. Could you notify me of a fix when avalible the System Cache reset wont work either tried with 7+ helpee's.
