Treehousebrandstore ( https://titanfallstore.zendesk.com/home) is the Titanfall Official Store...so this IS an EA problem, right? I ordered from the Titanfall Official Store and got the same replies as the OP.
Of course there's no way of knowing if the futher payment is just going to come off the existing card on the account, or it will be held up somehow. The site: https://store.titanfall.com/customer/account/ as you can see is down. No answers from the Titanfall Official Store ticketing system either.
Like the OP I ordered the Titanfall CE in October and so far all I've gotten is a hassle.
