unable to download titanfall

I have windows 7 and whenever I try to download titan fall it says the OS I have is unsupported and that I need windows vista or higher but I have windows 7 what do I do

    You must have the 64 bit verson of Windows, not the 32 bit version.  Do you have 64 bit Windows 7?
