Very Frustrating Crashing Issue - UPDATED: May Have Uncovered New Issue

Okay, so after countless hours of troubleshooting I'm pretty convinced this issue may be impossible to fix, and likely should ask for a refund soon, but here goes. I've simply been unable to stay on...

Same issue here. Always crash in main menu/loading screen. Can't start even single match. 

 

Win 7 Home 64 Bit

Core 2 Duo E8400 

GeForce GTX 650 Ti

4 GB DDR2
