Very Frustrating Crashing Issue - UPDATED: May Have Uncovered New Issue

We are all running Core 2 Quad's and Duo's. You also have the same motherboard as I do, Gigabyte EP35-DS3 (I have the DS3P variant). Perhaps it's a chipset compatibility issue?

Forgot to mention I also have a gigabyte motherboard too (P35-DS3L), maybe there is a connection with that? Hopefully they don't ignore this...
