why cant i regen!

Ok so i am 6th generation at lvl 50. I have all my challenges complete except for brain surgeon 5 out of 5 and i got to 46 out of 50 and played one more game knowing i only had to rodeo 4 more titans and kill them so i played that game and i killed the last 4 titand by rodeo and it popped up on my screen saying challenge complete so i go to regenerate and it says i have to complete all challenges but i did and got the xp for it and i look and now im only at 42 of 50 so i played another game and got some rodeos then i go to look at gow many more i need and now im at 36! My progress IS GOING DOWN!!!!! WTF!!! I need immediate assistance. Extremely upset not sure what to do or who to contact please help people!
