Xbox 360 connection

The game loads up fine, internet and xbox live connection is fine however when we load up the game it keeps trying to find a server between one and ten. Then it just goes to a connecting circle which keeps spinning with nothing happening. Bare with me as this is actually for my son and I haven't a clue 🙂 Appreciate any help.

I have the same problem with mine as well. I get the 1-10 attempting connection screen but it just keeps going and I never actually connect. If some one from EA would look into this I would appreciate it.

I am in the same boat, I spent 4 hours last night on chat with EA trying to fix it but nothing.
    I have cleared the cache
    Replaced the modem
    Opened all the ports
    Reset the clock
Done the Ping test and sent reports
I have 5 bars of internet showing when I do on the odd occasion connect
The lowest ping I have is 140 in East Asia
Australian Server is showing as 65500ms ping

EA know they have a problem but don't know what to do to fix it and it's killing the game!
EA can you please give us an answer with substance about fixing the issue???

    Hi Chris,

Plenty of things you can try to fix this. The easiest and quickest would be to clear the xbox hard drive cache.

To do this press the xbox button, scroll all the way to the right and choose system settings or system preferences (I forget which one).

Go to storage devices, choose the hard drive and press Y. Choose clear system chache, wait until complete and open the Titanfall game.

If this doesn't work, I'd restart your modem/router. They can occasionally have errors which might be preventing it from connecting.

So turn the router off, unplug it from the wall, wait a minute or so, and plug it back in then turn it back on.

The last thing I'll suggest is to make sure you have opened all of the nescessary ports for Titanfall.

It may also pay to check on the manafacturers website for you router, and make sure that it has all of the latest firmware.

    Good luck!

    @bruisedbull

The Australian server is bugged out at the moment. I'm getting exactly the same ping response (as of last night or 17 hours ago).

I know it's frustrating and you want answers, but the more people ask, the longer it will take. If everyone could manage some patience while the get everything working, it might end up being done sooner.

OK what you have to do if you have a router that is hooked up to xbox 360

    1) unplug ethernet cable from router

    2) plug ethernet cable into the modem directly (or the modem into your xbox depending on which version of modem you have)

    3) try playing and see if you can connect
