I have to work tomorrow, but I'd be game to do it this evening if you were interested. I may have had a bit of luck in the recent contests, but I like 'em because it gets people focused on making their towns prettier and promotes a unique discussion in the otherwise suggestion/complaint/speculation department! I like the Knowledgeum idea because I think it'll be a challenge. I could edit the first post to make this a poll and then voting would be confidential... 8)

It doesn't matter to me when we start...

I'd be game for answering a poll. I also think everyone here is pretty friendly, so I'm not worried about the confidentiality thing personally. :)

So once we start this, are we sharing ideas as we work, or waiting until the final reveal? I personally think it would be kinda cool if we did mid-way progress updates, so then others could comment/poach/modify/etc. what do you think?

I would say we should probably avoid premium/limited time items because some aren't so fortunate to have the Mapple Store, Fort Sensible, etc.

I have various premiums that need decor, I don't think it's as rare as you are thinking. We can always poll it or something.

In terms of non-finished areas, I have Knowledgium, Fort Sensible, Singing Sirloin, Cracker Factory, King Homer's Tower/Clausco, Channel 6, Film Set, Retirement Castle, Community Center, Bachelor Apartments, Spinster Apartments, Character houses (all), Up, Up and Buffet and I think that's about it. Can always update others or modify them.

After reading through this thread twice, I can honestly say I have no clue what anyone is talking about. But I'm in.

So far, what I understand is that sandwedgeking, who has an affinity for punctuation, what with his comments here regarding commas, and his use, elsewhere of *asterisks*, is in charge. Also, there was some talk above of writing messages using shrubs, which is something at which I excel. Just ask anyone.

I will read the thread one more time. Perhaps I'll be able to understand better after another Twinkie.

I'll play Devil's Adyocate and say we should keep things a "secret" until the final review :-) But I could easily be swayed the other way so we can work off of one another - it's just for fun after all, so there isn't any harm in sharing!
