Making Something a Rental

What do you have to do to make a residential a rental?

I've saved a few houses from the gallery that say in the description that they are rentals, but they are categorized as residential.

How do your Sims rent them?

    You need to change the lot type to rental. There isn't a category for that on the gallery though.
