All of it, or just from the beach to the new river gorge?- My entire left side is definitely higher value real estate, but I have SF Heights up to the gorge, then it becomes Cypress Creek, an upper class suburb, then it becomes my retirement golf community; then my Heavenly Hills community, and then another creek which separates Capital City in the far back corner. Maybe you can separate into communities like that?

I’m going with this. I almost redesigned a huge section of town, but i really liked the existing layout and the changes weren’t really worth it once i tested them. I don’t like the lack of parking and flora, but the monorail pieces are just too darn big. I do want the monorail bridge used in my town, and this is the only place it fits, so it is what it is.
